SPRING TRIP INFORMATION: New York, New York
By Anchor Bay Bands | Published  05/9/2011 | All Bands | Unrated

The information below includes information and updates regarding the Instrumental Music trip to New York, New York.

05/10/11 - Informational Letter, Health Form/Permission Slip, and Itinerary.  Please return the Heath Form/Permission Slip ASAP!

10/15/10 -
We understand that several of you had difficulty registering for the New York Trip and have been receiving a message that the trip is full. New Horizons must set a cap on participants due to the number of seats available on our charter coaches. If you have not registered as of yet, we encourage you to make your deposit and register online at www.nhtt.com. There is a good chance that seats will open up or an additional coach bus will be added. The order in which you register will determine who gets the available spots on the trip. The Band Booster executive board will be working together with New Horizons next week to figure out a way to get all those who registered by the October 15th deadline a spot on this trip. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Petix, Mrs. Schack, or Mr. Visnaw with any questions you may have.

09/29/10
